Upon receipt of your questionnaire, a proof will be submitted for your approval. A maximum of three (3) revisions are allowed. Further changes will require an additional design fee of $25.00. By submitting your questionnaire, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions: Customers canceling orders after having been sent a proof via email or a hard copy via any courier service, will be charged a $50.00 (FIFTY DOLLAR) cancellation fee. Customers canceling orders after revised proofs have been sent (proofs with any requested changes) will be charged an additional $10.00 (TEN DOLLARS) per proof for a total minimum fee of $60.00 (SIXTY DOLLARS).

Payment is due upon placing your order. All orders will be sent to print both upon approval of your card proof and upon receipt of payment. Your order will not be processed until you give the final approval on the proof for printing. Please look over your proof very carefully. Once a proof is approved for print, you are responsible for the printed order. If any changes need to be made AFTER a proof has already been approved, there will be a reprint fee that is the customer's responsibility. All orders are custom printed. Therefore, we do not offer a refund unless there is a problem with the order due to our error

(i.e., grammatical, typographical). Colors are usually correctly displayed on all monitors. However, we suggest you order a hard copy if color matching is imperative. If you decide to waive the hard copy and you feel the colors are not what you were expecting, we will reprint the order and the costs incurred to do so will be the customer's responsibility.

Orders will be considered canceled if within 10 (ten) business days of submission of a proof/draft for your approval, I have not received a response.

Returned Check Fee: $25.

  • All Chubbybum cards are sold in increments of 10 with the exception of stationery. Stationery is sold in increments of 25.
  • Minimum card order of 30
  • Full color cards (front & back): add $0.15/card
  • Back printing design fee: $20.00/card order
  • Language/Wording change: $35.00
  • Logo Removal: $50.00
  • Rush order charge: $50.00 *$100.00 after 11/15/09
  • All cards come with white or natural envelopes.
